ACT! 2010 Training Classes

Are you interested in learning how to use ACT! 2010?

ACT! is a useful contact management system that helps you track customer calls and sales activity. During this six-week course you will learn the basics and fundamentals of this business tool.
  • Week One will be an introduction to ACT! and will teach you how to navigate through the software.
  • Week Two will cover how to set preferences and create contact records, schedules, and lookups.
  • Week Three will cover how to create group records, company records, and opportunities (sales management tools).
  • Week Four will focus on reports, creating envelopes and labels, and establishing custom fields and layouts.
  • Week Five will move into the dashboard, integration with MS Outlook, and mail merge.
  • Week Six will finish with administrative information, import/ export, and a wrap up to cover any questions about the course material.

QuickBooks Pro Training Classes

Are you interested in learning how to use QuickBooks Pro?

America’s #1 small business financial software is designed to help you manage money and accounts. During this six-week course you will learn how to utilize QuickBooks Pro to meet your business needs.
  • Week One will teach you the fundamentals of accounting, the chart of accounts, the general ledger and navigating through the software.
  • Week Two will focus on teaching how to create company files, customer and job records, items and lists, invoices, and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Week Three will move into accounts payable, creating vendor records, and entering and paying bills.
  • Week Four will concentrate on banking (writing checks, making deposits, and reconciling). We will also cover job costing, class tracking, inventory, and how to track mileage and time.
  • Week Five will be about reporting, balance sheets, cash flow, and customer and vendor reports.
  • Week Six will wrap up with 1099 accounts, administration, and any questions you may have about anything you have learned.
